We are pleased to present our new model of hydraulic booms for mounted sprayers: the SH+ 24-meter boom with pendulum system. It consists of 9 sections: central section + 4 arms on each side. The last section with ball joint safety system (3D movement) is made of aluminum.
Our technical office has optimized the management of the hydraulic functions, with a design that facilitates use from the cab with a control that we have specially designed for the SH+ 24 meter boom:
- Independent opening of the left and right sides.
- Sequential opening of the sections.
- Safety locking cylinder between the first and the second section.
- Hydraulic elevation 1 meter.
- Hydraulic slope corrector.
- Possibility to work with positive variable geometry.
- Blocking of the pendulum system.
Our technical office has taken into account all the essential points so that the bar meets the quality criteria of the most demanding customers:
- Anti-whiplash system integrated in the pendulum body.
- Pneumatic suspension in the lifting module.
- Shock absorbers + springs in the central body.
- Locked joint points.
- Last leg cylinder with rack and pinion system and anti-whiplash washers
