Nebulizers Suspended NS
The Solano Horizonte suspended sprayer is specially designed for an efficient and uniform distribution of the phytosanitary product over the entire plant surface of intensively cultivated vineyards. The suspended sprayers are available with tanks from 600 liters to 1200 liters.

- Structural steel chassis and cold folded sheet metal.
- Qualicoat polyester powder paint.
- Polyethylene tank.

- Self-cleaning in-line pressure filter.
- Hydraulic agitation.
- Controls accessible from the driving position (according to regulations).
- Prepared for two full rows of trellised vines, with adjustable track width.
- With 8 diffusers and two nozzles each of the diffusers, the nozzle is of turbulence, with its independent anti-drip on each nozzle.
- The diffusers are height adjustable and inclined from bottom to top, independent, with an air intake of 110 m/m per diffuser, directly from the turbine, to avoid air losses.
- The arms are articulated, the bar has an anti-shock device that in case of hitting an obstacle, it moves forward or backward, in order to overcome the obstacles as easily as possible and avoid arm breakage. When the arms are open, they have a winch that cushions the blows from top to bottom, to make it easier to move between lines.
- It has three hydraulic movements, lifting, folding and unfolding of the right or left arm, indistinctly, with a three-button joystick operated from the tractor cab.
- Double turbine of 500 m/m with double suction, frontal and reverse suction, with centrifugal clutch, air volume of 16000 cubic meters of air per hour.
