Interesting novelties in olive machinery that will not go unnoticed among visitors Explosiva is the International Fair of Olive Oil and related industries, which is held every 2 years in the provincial enclosure of Fairs and Congresses of Jaén (IFEJA), this year 2019 its XIX edition. From May 15 to 18, Solano Horizonte will present one more year, in this important event, interesting novelties incorporated in its machinery for the olive sector. The stand 38 of the TURBOCÁDIZ pavilion will be the showcase where visitors will be able to see first hand the latest generation machines for olive harvesting and the sprayers, both trailed and suspended, for phytosanitary treatments. COLLECTORS Different models of professional olive harvesters type R100 PB7 and R120 will be exhibited. New harvesters specially designed for young olive trees and plantations with reduced working spaces (Mod. R60 OL J and R75 Mix) will also be presented. These new harvesters are lighter and smaller and can be adapted to any type of tractor, even those with lower power. ATOMIZERS The Solano Horizon atomizers, characterized by their compact design, are machines designed to facilitate to the maximum the different treatments that allow a healthy state of health of the olive grove and a good flowering. In our stand you will find a trailed sprayer for olive trees of 4000 liters and a suspended sprayer of 1000 liters. SPRAYING In addition to the above machines, visitors will be able to see one of the latest developments of the ELEGANT series of suspended sprayers, with a capacity of 1200 liters and Aluminum bars. SOLANO HORIZONTE direct seeder; the latest technology at the farmer's service
The SDN+ model with a working width of 6m; optimal for large farms SOLANO HORIZONTE presents the new model of direct seeding seed drill SDN + 600-35D (seed). With a hopper of 4000 liters, it has been specially designed for large farms, with a working width of 6m, which minimizes to the maximum the working hours due to the large surface it covers with a single pass of the tractor. Its wide access platform to the hopper allows easy control of the hopper interior. Its seed selector sieve allows the distributor to receive the seed totally clean, without any other foreign element that could be present. It has a turbine with a hydraulic circuit independent from the tractor's hydraulic system (driven by cardan transmission), achieving a better regulation of the turbine. The control monitor is located in the tractor cab. The rear part of the planter is equipped with a signaling light kit. To facilitate the maintenance of all the parts of the seeding arm, it has a folding seeding train in two rows. The clearance between the two rows is wide (1740 mm), which facilitates the incorporation of numerous accessories on the seeding units. The standard flotation tires on this machine prevent soil compaction when working on it. Solano Horizonte's agricultural machinery has been characterized by its QUALITY, its DURABILITY and by the continuous search to offer innovations and technological developments to increase safety, productivity, profitability and to facilitate to the maximum the users' own tasks. And based on these premises, it has developed the NEW ELEGANT 2000 L mounted sprayer, with a new 2000 L polyethylene tank, more compact and narrower. Features and equipment: The product mixing tank, as well as the function controls are integrated into the machine, being more protected and accessible through a hinged door. The auxiliary hand-washing tank is also integrated into the unit at a very accessible height and just below it there is a space for storing commonly used tools. An integrated ladder and two strategically placed handles allow easy access to the top of the machine for checking the main tank. Its 9-way MULLER ISOBUS computer with hydraulic functions allows all the information related to the sprayer to be easily transferred and displayed from the tractor's computer. This NEW ELEGANT has been presented with the 24 meter SH+ boom, with pendular system with anti-whiplash devices.
Solano Horizonte harvesting machine training for distributors
During the months of April, May and June 2021, different courses and training sessions have been developed and new features of Solano Horizonte's olive and nut harvesting equipment have been presented. The aim of this training is to provide our distributors with the necessary knowledge to help their customers to get the best possible performance from their olive and nut harvesting machines (almonds, pistachios, etc.) Hydraulic equipment and electronic control systems The courses have updated theoretical and practical concepts related to hydraulic components and electronic control systems, which greatly facilitate the operation of the harvesting machine, also providing greater control and precision. The courses have been carried out in classroom mode in our facilities and telematically through videoconferences.
