The International Olive Oil and Related Industries Fair is a major event held every two years at the Jaén Provincial Fair and Congress Center (IFEJA), marking its 19th edition in 2019. From May 15 to 18,Solano Horizonte once againSolano Horizonte , at this major event, exciting new features incorporated into its machinery designed for the olive sector. Booth 38 in the TURBOCÁDIZ pavilion will serve as a showcase where visitors can see firsthand the latest-generation machines designed for olive harvesting, as well as both trailed and mounted sprayers for phytosanitary treatments. HARVESTERS Various models of professional olive harvesters, such as the R100 PB7 and R120, will be on display. New harvesters designed specifically for young olive trees and plantations with limited working space (Mod. R60 OL J and R75 Mix) will also be presented. These new harvesters are characterized by being lighter and smaller in size and can be adapted to any type of tractor, including those with lower horsepower. SPRAYERS Solano Horizonte sprayers, characterized by their compact design, are machines designed to maximize the ease of various treatments that promote a healthy olive grove and good flowering. At our booth, you will find a 4,000-liter trailed sprayer for olive trees and a 1,000-liter mounted sprayer. SPRAYING In addition to the machines mentioned above, visitors will be able to see one of the latest developments in mounted sprayers from the ELEGANT series, with a 1,200-liter capacity and aluminum booms. SOLANO HORIZONTE No-Till Planter: Cutting-edge technology at the farmer’s service
The SDN+ model with a working width of 6 m; ideal for large farms SOLANO HORIZONTE the new SDN+ 600-35D direct-seeding planter (seed). With a 4,000-liter hopper, it has been specially designed for large farms, featuring a 6-meter working width, which minimizes working hours to the greatest extent possible due to the extensive area it covers with a single pass of the tractor. Its wide access platform to the hopper allows for easy monitoring of the interior. Its seed selector screen ensures that the seed reaches the distributor completely clean, free of any foreign matter it might carry. It features a blower with a hydraulic circuit independent of the tractor’s hydraulic system (driven by a PTO shaft), enabling better blower regulation. The control monitor is located in the tractor cab. The rear of the planter is equipped with a signal light kit. To facilitate maintenance of all parts of the planting arm, it features a two-row folding planting unit. The clearance between the two rows is wide (1740 mm), which facilitates the addition of numerous accessories to the seeding units. The flotation tires that come standard on this machine prevent soil compaction when working on the ground. Similarly, the product mixing tank is accessed through a hinged door. Based on these principles, the company has developed the NEW ELEGANT 2000 L mounted sprayer, featuring a new, more compact and narrower 2000-liter polyethylene tank. Features and equipment: The product mixing tank, as well as the function controls, are integrated into the machine, providing better protection and access via a hinged door. The auxiliary hand-washing tank is also integrated into the unit at a very accessible height, and a space has been provided directly below for storing commonly used tools. An integrated ladder, along with two strategically placed handles, allows easy access to the top of the machine for checking the main tank. Its 9-way MULLER ISOBUS computer with hydraulic functions allows all information related to the sprayer to be easily transferred and displayed from the tractor’s computer. Training for dealers on Solano Horizonte harvesting machines
During April, May, and June 2021, Solano Horizonte held various training courses and sessions to present new features of its olive and nut harvesting equipment. The goal of this training is to equip our distributors with the knowledge needed to help their customers get the most out of their olive and nut harvesting machines (almonds, pistachios, etc.). Hydraulic Equipment and Electronic Control Systems The courses covered updated theoretical and practical concepts related to hydraulic components and electronic control systems, which greatly facilitate the operation of the harvesting machine while also providing greater control and precision. The courses were conducted both in-person at our facilities and remotely via video conferencing.
